Integrated Encoder & Automatic Position Recovery
SESTO SENSO 3 includes a built-in position encoder that continuously tracks the focuser shaft. This means you can still use your focuser’s manual coarse knobs without losing the motor’s absolute position. The Automatic Position Recovery feature can detect shaft movement and (optionally) return to the previous focus point after a customizable delay — especially useful in shared, public, or educational observatories.
