Daystar Filters built the 5V, 30Ah Battery Pack as a portable power solution for their Quark series of H-alpha and Ca H-line solar eyepiece filters. The high 1.5A power requirement of the Quark necessitates using the 2A USB output port, but the battery pack is also equipped with a 1A USB port for charging smaller electronics like smartphones. This pack will power the Quark for up to 8 hours, and an integrated four LED panel on the front shows the current battery status while in use, and its charging status when plugged in.
