The Minolta Rokkor 100mm f/4 Auto Bellows is a specialized manual-focus macro lens designed specifically for use with Minolta Auto Bellows systems. Featuring a 100mm focal length and a dedicated bellows design, this lens is capable of producing life-size macro magnification when paired with the appropriate bellows equipment. Its relatively long working distance makes it particularly useful for photographing small subjects while leaving additional room for lighting and positioning. The lens includes front and rear caps.
Function: Unlike a conventional camera lens, the Auto Bellows Rokkor 100mm f/4 does not have a focusing ring. Focusing and magnification are controlled by extending or retracting the bellows attached between the lens and camera. With the appropriate Minolta Auto Bellows system, the lens can focus from infinity to approximately life-size reproduction. Its 100mm focal length also provides greater working distance from the subject than shorter macro lenses.
