This precision solar alignment finder projects a bright alignment dot onto a glass reticle plane also visible from above and forward of your eyepiece. Simply position the dot, and your solar telescopescope is aimed, ready for the chromosphere, prominences, or whatever solar drama awaits.
Built to stay aligned. Internal set screws let you fine-tune the projection spot without external adjustments that can shift during transport. Once dialed in, your alignment stays locked,even after casing your scope and traveling to dark (or bright) sky sites.
Designed for Lunt. Red anodized finish matches your Lunt telescope perfectly. Direct mounting on LS40, LS50T, LS60, LS80THa, and LS100THa scopes. Larger models and ring-style mounts work seamlessly with the ADPSOL adapter.
Versatile mounting. The SunLock's slot accommodates both 1/4-20 and M6 screws with 1-inch or 25.4mm hole spacing, making it compatible with Tele Vue slots and many third-party solar setups.
