The LS40THa Enhanced Kit builds on the Standard with two targeted upgrades for observers ready to explore solar imaging, or who simply want smoother, more precise mechanical performance at the eyepiece.

The B600 blocking filter increases clear aperture from 5mm to 6mm, providing additional back-focus clearance for camera sensors and reducing edge vignetting with larger eyepieces. The 1.25" rack-and-pinion focuser replaces the helical design with precision CNC-machined components, an integrated brake that eliminates focus drift, and 6–8 lb load capacity for cameras and filter wheels.
