Metal Dew Shield with Bahtinov Mask
Metal dew shield with laser cut acrylic bahtinov mask for the SeeStar S50. The dew shield fits the front aperture of the SeeStar S50, and the bahtinov mask can be easily places on the end of the dew shield using the included alignment pegs.
The dew shield will also accept a 2" threaded filter, but it is very difficult to install or remove. See the separate SeeStar S50 filter adapter for an easier option.
The metal dew shield extends 1.5" to act as a light shield that helps reduce nearby stray light, and aid in protection against dew.
NOTE: Always remove the Dew Shield before shutting down your SeeStar. The Dew Shield will bump into the base of the SeeStar if left in place when shutting down.
