The Askar 111F is a versatile 111mm quadruplet astrograph designed for deep-sky astrophotography and visual observation. Its 766mm focal length and f/6.9 focal ratio provide a balance of resolution, light-gathering ability, and field of view, while the four-element air-spaced APO design incorporates one ED glass element for improved chromatic aberration correction.
The 111F features an integrated self-flattening optical design with a 44mm image circle, making it compatible with full-frame cameras without requiring a separate field flattener or backfocus calculations. The telescope includes photographic adapters with M48 and M54 connections, as well as a built-in 2" filter thread.
