This is a 2 inch to M48*0.75 adapter for telescope.
The inside of the adapter is fully threaded to minimize reflections.
With T-ring, you can use M42 Lenses on camera.(T ring not include)
The female thread (M48*0.75) at the rear end to fit filters etc.
This adapter is mainly used for direct focus photography with SLR cameras, particularly suitable for Newton reflected telescope.

This is a nicely made camera adapter. It is nicely baffled and coated with anti-refection paint inside. It does not however, have the safety taper indicated,
which is the reason I chose to order this particular adapter. The 2 inch barrel portion is a straight, non-tapered 37mm in length.
