Being in the TeleVue Panoptic series, this 27mm eyepiece is robust enough to last the test of time. This is the reason for it's good condition. All optical surfaces are scratch free and do not have dirt or grime within. There is some basic wear and tear on the chrome barrel while the anodized portion of the body has two small nicks. The metal portion of the inner ring of the eye-cup has some scratches. All issues are only cosmetic and do not affect the performance of the eyepiece. Overall, this eyepiece in good condition.
